Cooking During the Pandemic!

First 2 images are my first try at vegan cashew cream cheese. I’m hoping to make my first vegan cheesecake after this is cultured!

The next 2 images are meltable vegan cheddar. I’ve made this several times before. This is a double batch because I had yogurt that needed to be used up. After this cultures for 48 hours, I will cook it and add in the emulsifiers.
