A traditional Native American meal that my dad used to make a lot when I was child, “Sop Bread” I’ve re-imagined it to be vegan and it’s such a comfort to have this dish in these uncertain times. This dish is diced “bacon” and onions scrambled up with corn bread batter. It’s best made in a cast iron skillet. #comfortfood for the pandemic {CAPTION}
